Ferret is a Shopify app that analyzes anonymous storefront behavior to identify conversion issues and generate actionable recommendations. It captures lightweight event data, processes it with AI, and presents findings as prioritized recommendation cards in your dashboard.
Ferret offers free and paid plans. All billing for paid plans is handled through the Shopify App Store. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees. You can cancel or change your plan at any time through the Shopify admin.
Ferret provides AI-generated recommendations and revenue impact estimates based on observed behavioral patterns. These are suggestions to consider and test — not guarantees of specific results. Estimated dollar figures are directional indicators derived from statistical models, not promises of revenue. Actual results depend on many factors outside Ferret's control, including your store's design, products, market conditions, and implementation quality. You are responsible for evaluating and testing any changes before applying them to your store.
You retain ownership of your store data at all times. Ferret accesses your store data only to provide the service as described. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than generating your recommendations. For details on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Ferret only for its intended purpose: improving your Shopify store's conversion performance. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute Ferret's recommendations, analysis tools, or underlying technology.
We aim to keep Ferret available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferret and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for Ferret in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Ferret is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of revenue estimates.
You can stop using Ferret at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, we delete all your store data (events, findings, cards, and integration credentials) as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION — e.g., the State of Delaware, United States]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Ferret after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
